Professor Linjun Xia PhD

Prof. PhD. Linjun Xia graduated from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In 1994, he moved to Hungary, founded the Dong-Ou Health Service Company and opened a Chinese medicine clinic. In 2012, he was honoured to be a disciple of Professor Zhang Jin, a representative of the World intangible cultural heritage of Chinese medicine acupuncture.
He is currently a guest professor at Semmelweis University and Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine；Vice president of Hungarian Traditional Chinese Medicine Association; Vice President and Secretary-General of Central and Eastern European Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (CEEFCMS)；Vice president of  World Forum of TCM; Bureau Member of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS); Vice-Chairperson of Specialty Committee of Chinese Medicine Manipulations and Specialty Committee of Head Acupuncture(WFCMS); Committee Member of Examination and Assessment Committee of Senior Professional Titles (WFCMS); Member of the editorial board of the World Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine (WJTCM) ；and other positions. In 2012, he won the Outstanding Contribution Award for Promoting Chinese Medicine Culture in Hungary.
With 30 years of clinical experience, he specializes in acupuncture techniques.
Participated in the compilation of "Ancient and Modern Medical System", "Basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine " (the Hungarian version of college TCM textbooks) and many other works． He published more than 30 academic papers．For example,＂Flying Meridian & Moving the Qi acupuncture technique of and its clinical application＂and so on.
