Baijun Shao

Teacher

After graduating from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Medicine and a Master's degree in  Acupuncture, he worked in Acupuncture and Moxibustion of the Chinese Academy in Beijing 1986. He is specialised in acupuncture techniques from Huang Di Nei Jing. In his early years, he studied with Professor Zhang Jin, a famous master of acupuncture techniques and representative inheritor of the United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.  He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies, President of the European Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies, Vice-President and Academic Minister of the Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies of Central and Eastern Europe, President of the Hungarian Society of Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina, Visiting Professor at the Semel University of Medicine, Hungary, Visiting Professor at the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine, China, Visiting Professor at Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Canada.
